Absolutely terrible service. Misinformed about using a credit card for the full transaction. I was told I would pay a deposit with a credit card and then use credit card for the remaining balance upon delivery and they then told me after the car was picked up that I had to pay cash. They delayed the pick up date by two days, did not pick up until 8:30PM and also stated it would be delivered the same day, which was not the case. There was no communication prior to picking up and no communication during the process. They told me several different times of delivery, which were false and gave false information about the pick up time and payment process. Their communication is via text and when I expressed my concerns to me they just started ignoring my texts and told me to "stop". Absolutely terrible customer service.

We had a problem on the road - at night, at 3 o'clock, the car broke down. We started looking for a way out of the situation. Xpress Auto Transport Inc. was one of the first to respond. Ryan Statham worked with us, he treated our situation with understanding and did his job with great responsibility. After 8 am, a howler left for us. Throughout the entire time before the howler arrived, Ryan kept in touch with us and informed us of every step. It immediately became clear that we were working with professionals. The driver, Wilmer, managed to load a dead car with 2.5 working cylinders onto the howler. I received my car the next morning, 500 miles from the loading site, safe and sound. The driver managed to position the howler so that my car rolled into the garage. The driver was punctual throughout the transportation and met delivery deadlines. I am very pleased with my choice of carrier. Thank you very much!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Like other people have posted. Not a good agent to deal with for transport. Booked a transport for 3 vehicles back in April, giving 3 months notice, now it is August the day of agreed pick up. Was set up for 12:00 noon for truck to be here and now it is 5:00pm. Keeps giving the run around and when they found a transport company they can only take 2 of them and wanting to double plus the agreed price. They seem to be the scammers and shifters that I see in the review. We are now trying to find a more reliable company. We have all our stuff loaded in the Uhaul truck and need to leave. Because we are moving across country. Feels like they like to hold customers hostage to try to get more money than what was already set and agreed to. Agent name was Theodore (929) 203-5988 and his manager name , I think was, Lincoln (929) 498-5702. Both spoke broken English and acted like they had a hard time remembering what vehicles I needed transported even though it was a in the original communication from my wife Michele.

I had an excellent experience they were able to pick my vehicle up transported to my destination same day Theodore made it happen the driver was great it all happened the same day just as requested I would definitely recommend them again.
