Scammers it’s all they are they sent me a low quote than they asked for half more save time and money do not call this company.

This company just tried to scam me. “Kevin Miller” sent me a suspiciously low quote (half as much as other companies) to ship my car 150 miles, and then blew up my phone with nonstop calls and obnoxious texts. I turned him down immediately and called him out for his rudeness, but he continued to call, email, and text me multiple times a day anyway. Based on my interactions with them and what I see in other reviews and reports, it’s pretty clearly a bait and switch scam. They lowball legit auto shipping companies, and then demand hugely inflated fees at the last second when customers don’t have other options. They’ve also seeded a ton of fake reviews on multiple sites to overwhelm the real one star ratings. You can tell because Kevin has posted some of them IN HIS OWN NAME.

I would highly recommend Xpress Auto Transplant for your car hauling needs. I recently relocated back to South Carolina from Ohio. My transportation was already scheduled and paid for and all I needed was to have my car transported to my new location. I scheduled another company weeks in advance. I was leaving this past Saturday and the company that I originally contracted with to ship my car was supposed to follow-up with me the Thursday prior. It didn’t happen and so I started to panic. Moving to a new location by myself with no car is not a good idea. Martin Eden and I had been in contact before. He was consistent but not annoying with his follow-ups. Remember, I was leaving that Saturday. I reached out to Martin on Friday morning anxious and not knowing if he could pull off the impossible: have my car hauled on such short notice. Not only did he pull it off, but he was very professional throughout. He constantly communicated with me, even on Sunday. He didn’t take hours to get back with me but only minutes each time. It was like I was his friend. My car was delivered to me this past Tuesday morning. Awesome! The truck driver (co-driver) gave me my keys after I finished paying the balance of what I owed, and then he disappeared off into the woods and just disappeared like an elf or some sort of mythological creature. True story. I don’t know where his truck was. I stood there confused about what I had just saw but I snapped out of it because at least I had a happy ending thanks to Martin Eden. I paid a little more than what I budgeted, but given the circumstances it was definitely worth a couple hundred dollars more. Good luck!

Was quoted a number to transport vehicle to another state. Since to I g was very important, I requested confirmation of pick up and delivery timing in advance. Thomas Scott confirmed multiple times that the pick up and delivery was on schedule with no problems. The day before pick up I asked again for driver details and hours later was told the quote jumped by 4.5X! It was typical bait and switch starting with one number and at the last minute changing it tremendously. NEVER again with this dishonest company. I am now driving my vehicle to the other state. Absolutely terrible customer service after putting writing pick up and delivery times along with quoted cost, none of which were true.

I had a horrible experience with this company and their agent Kevin Miller. We agreed that they will transport my car from Minnesota to Iowa for $250 .I n the morning of the pickup day they informed me that no driver is available to pick up my car and they have nothing to do to me. The following day Kevin told me that a driver is ready for pickup but he asked $1000 and he negotiated to $800. They never picked up my car and I had to find another company. The prices they offer are a trap and they will make you sign a contract with the fake price. The agent kept saying that they haven't charged me anything( as a justification for not picking up my car) and they are doing their best to find me a driver.They also insist that they are third party and they have no control over the driver. They don't even know if the drivers will be available at the pickup date or not. They are basically doing nothing. Kevin , however, was responsive to calls even in holidays and he was consistently apologizing for the inconvenience.

Martin was great kept up with communications got me a great price got job done. The driver he sent Yomay Gonzalez was excellent would recommend to anybody.

My experience was good as discussed. The team Jameson and Ana kept in touch with me until the car was successfully delivered. They were excellent and the car was fine. The driver was good

Martin Eden was the one helping me out and after all the ups and downs I ended up just canceling with them because I was tight up with money and the prices weren't working for me, but Martin was there trying his best and got me multiple prices, they're legit and I will be working with them in the future. He also went above and beyond so l wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Thank you Martin

Thomas Scott Is the best dispatch I have ever worked with.

Garbage company - Worked with Joseph Schofield who quoted me initially for 250, then changed it later to 350 when we started doing paperwork. Then as soon as my car was ready to be picked up, he couldn't get a driver for 2 days. When he finally did, the price suddenly became 700 but he guarantied that it would be dropped off by Saturday before noon. I needed the car for work so it was very important that I got it in time and I told him specifically that the ONLY reason why I chose him was because he said he could make that timeframe work. Around 2:00 PM on Saturday I called the driver who let me know that he told Joseph that he would be picking up cars in California throughout Saturday and that there was no way he was going to make that time. Joseph isn't answering my calls/texts now. Actual liars here - do NOT trust this company.
