Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Misinformed about using a credit card for the full transaction. I was told I would pay a deposit with a credit card and then use credit card for the remaining balance upon delivery and they then told me after the car was picked up that I had to pay cash. They delayed the pick up date by two days, did not pick up until 8:30PM and also stated it would be delivered the same day, which was not the case. There was no communication prior to picking up and no communication during the process. They told me several different times of delivery, which were false and gave false information about the pick up time and payment process. Their communication is via text and when I expressed my concerns to me they just started ignoring my texts and told me to "stop". Absolutely terrible customer service.
