**Harassed by Xpress Auto Transport - Know Your Rights!** I strongly advise against doing business with Xpress Auto Transport. They repeatedly harassed me with unsolicited messages, even after I explicitly told them to stop. One of their messages was sent before 8 a.m., which is a clear violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). I tried to address the issue directly with the company, informing them about their TCPA violations and the compensation I was owed under the law. Instead of taking responsibility, their response was dismissive, claiming they are a small company and can’t pay me anywhere close to the amount owed. They didn’t even make an offer or attempt to negotiate a resolution. I waited long enough for a fair resolution, but they failed to act in good faith. As a result, I am filing formal complaints against them, and if necessary, I will seek legal assistance to hold them accountable. I urge everyone to educate themselves about TCPA rules to protect your rights. Companies like Xpress Auto Transport should not be allowed to take advantage of consumers and disregard the law. If you’ve been harassed or violated by this company or others, I recommend speaking to an attorney to explore your options. Stay informed and don’t let companies like this get away with such behavior.

Theodore was helpful and this was a convenient service. Being able to communicate by text was very helpful also.

Theodore was very nice to work with. He was very responsible and trustworthy and kept good in touch with me from the first time that I called to enquire. Because these are the winter months, and there are not a lot of cars being shipped, and our car was in a more remote location, the price was a little higher than the original estimate, but he was willing to work with me and was very kind. I would recommend working with Theodore and this company to anyone who wants to ship their car!

Where can I start…….. I was having a pleasant trip to see my grandson in Atlanta All of a sudden my truck started to act 🆙 and wouldn’t accelerate I made it off the freeway to a gas station in no man’s land I had to pull myself together found a place to stay call AAA to come tow my truck to the hotel Now it’s time to find someone to get my truck back to Michigan 756 miles away I found this company Xpress Auto Transport when no one could come the same day and they where over charging Xpress come through they gave a reasonable price and they are very fast my truck made it home before me pick up and drop off was very smooth that was my experience and if you need a responsible and reliable and safe company with no extra fees I appreciate them and you will too 😊🙃😉

The experience is great! The car was pucked up really quickly and after 5 days I have already received it in other state. All the team was on the connection. I worked with manager Alen and I am really grateful to him!
