As a Carrier It's hard to find people who reply almost instantly and give us a good business. I can't do less than a 5 stars to this company. I spoke with Martin Eden and he was extremly efficient and professional.

Kevin was the person who helped me with the transport of my car from WV to Florida. Kevin worked very hard to find a reliable driver and he accomplished it. My car arrived in perfect condition and in 24 hrs! Now that was exceptional work. I will def use Xpress Auto Transport in the future and refer them to my family and friends.

This company is a scam! Maybe it’s only the black people they screw over! But I had a contract for $1000 for 2 cars. I gave him $400 upfront on 7/22/24 which was part of my contract. On 7/23/24 he booked the carrier. My car was scheduled to be picked up on 7/25/24. On 7/24/24 he TEXTED ME AND SAID HE DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER. I learned later from the carrier that she asked for my contact information on 7/23/24 and he said he will give it to her later. This company waited a day BEFORE MY SHIPMENT AND LIED LIKE THEY DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER AND MADE ME PAY 200 more dollars. I have the text messages of him saying he would have to pay additional $100 himself because the carrier is to high. Upon talking to the carrier she said that her company is only getting $800 THE AMOUNT IM PAYING DIRECTLY TO THEM! So he lied the whole time and kept the $400 upfront and voided our contract. I asked for my money back and he said per the contract he would keep my $400 if I didn’t pay the full $800 for the delivery the DAY BEFORE! The carrier said this company just opened but I think they changed there name from Xpress Auto Logistics inc! These are the worse people I have ever encountered! I will be taking him to court for breach of contract FOR SURE! This company is a scam and racist! Reply to feedback— no I don’t want to do anything but stay away from you all. It took a year for you to even respond. I know your business have declined and I love that for a terrible company like yourself! If you all wasn’t in NY I would’ve sued you ! Racist liars!! We need to get your company SHUT DOWN!

I was concerned as I heard some horror stories from many transportation companies but Xpress auto delivered on their commitment. Edward made the experience seamless and ensured me that there would not be any surprises or additional fees added upon delivery and all went smooth.

I worked with Alen Parker who was very diligent in following up with me while I was looking to ship my car from Ohio to Nevada. When I expressed my issues I had with another transport broker (charging my card without having a driver) he took note of it and helped me to find a carrier that provided a driver all within a day of me talking with him. Best of all, it was for a reasonable price compared to what others were offering. The process of shipping your car can be stressful the first time so I got real lucky finding Alen.

Edward worked well with getting the right transporter to pick up my car within my budget. Driver showed up on time and was very polite.

When another company flake on me Jordan help me out that same day and got me a new driver right away with in the hr I had someone pick up my car, It was very helpful to be able to communicate with dispatch and the driver!! Thank yall again and definitely would recommend others too yall company and if I need to transport another car in the future definitely would be using yall again!!
