Instead of taking responsibility, their response was dismissive, claiming they are a small company and can’t pay me anywhere close to the amount owed. They didn’t even make an offer or attempt to negotiate a resolution. I waited long enough for a fair resolution, but they failed to act in good faith. As a result, I am filing formal complaints against them, and if necessary, I will seek legal assistance to hold them accountable. I urge everyone to educate themselves about TCPA rules to protect your rights. Companies like Xpress Auto Transport should not be allowed to take advantage of consumers and disregard the law.
