Was quoted a number to transport vehicle to another state. Since to I g was very important, I requested confirmation of pick up and delivery timing in advance. Thomas Scott confirmed multiple times that the pick up and delivery was on schedule with no problems. The day before pick up I asked again for driver details and hours later was told the quote jumped by 4.5X! It was typical bait and switch starting with one number and at the last minute changing it tremendously. NEVER again with this dishonest company. I am now driving my vehicle to the other state. Absolutely terrible customer service after putting writing pick up and delivery times along with quoted cost, none of which were true.
