Worst company I have ever worked with, total scammers. I was on contract first of June for $1100. Day of pickup up 22 June they said they could not find a driver even though saying numerous times all was smooth. Later that day they said they found one and would be picking up the Jeep in about 3 hours. Just before pickup they said the price would now be $2400. I had no choice but to have them pick it up since vehicle was for my daughter and she needed it. They were laughing in background to include I think here wife. They work from there home when I looked up number. When I got the Heep the battery was totally dead due to car key left in ignition with part of lights on. The driver even said they were a scam. Don’t use them at all

We booked a transportation service of our van on May 20, 2025 for a June 30th pickup. The day before pick up our sales agent (Robert) changed the quote and forced us to pay an extra $850. We had no choice but to agree on it since it was such late notice. He claimed it was because of the long weekend. However, we booked over a month in advance. Afterwards, our car didn't get picked up as scheduled and we had to take a flight out. Leaving our car in a different state for it to be picked up. I will never use this company again for this service and will not be recommending this company. Do not trust them because they are untrustworthy and unreliable. See google review for photos of the deal change. I demand a refund of the increased price!

I had a good overall experience shipping my car with Xpress Auto Transportation Inc. Joseph did a good job coordinating the process and ensured my car was delivered safely and on time. The driver was also polite, professional, and took great care of the car throughout the journey. The only reason for a slight complaint is that the price changed after the driver was assigned, despite being given and confirmed a final quote earlier. That aside, the service was good and everything went as planned. Joseph and the driver, both made sure it was a smooth experience.
