Deal broken, car left stranded
We booked a transportation service of our van on May 20, 2025 for a June 30th pickup. The day before pick up our sales agent (Robert) changed the quote and forced us to pay an extra $850. We had no choice but to agree on it since it was such late notice. He claimed it was because of the long weekend. However, we booked over a month in advance. Afterwards, our car didn't get picked up as scheduled and we had to take a flight out. Leaving our car in a different state for it to be picked up. I will never use this company again for this service and will not be recommending this company. Do not trust them because they are untrustworthy and unreliable. See google review for photos of the deal change. I demand a refund of the increased price!
