I had a dilemma to transport a vehicle from the west coast to the east coast. The process could be quite daunting as 1 inquiry could lead to you feeling overwhelmed. Arsene at Xpress Auto Transport was courteous and provided reassurance that my vehicle would be transported and arrive safely. He kept in touch throughout the process and was able to a fair price. I would definitely use this service again.
KEVIN Miller very precise and made it easy to book reservation for transport. Listened well to dates was quoted realistic price.
Signed a contract, paid their fee, only for a transport not to show up and no notice from the company. When I reached out to the company, bait and switch...they doubled the price. Customer Service said sorry, nothing they could do.

Being able to stay in contact was easy. I knew when my vehicle was picked up and was called an hour before delivery. Since I live up a mountain road I suggested to meet at a nearby shopping center. The driver called me and I text the address. After waiting just a few minutes, he rolled up right to me. My car was in pristine condition.
