Very poor communication skills and business practices; contact was signed for an agreed upon price, and the morning of the pickup it was increased $600 more than the agreed upon price. Chris Williams was very rude, and when I asked to speak with the driver to negotiate price, he said “I am a better negotiator than you”. This put me in a terrible position because I either had to find a new company and have my car arrive too late, or accept the higher price. There was never a warning the price would be subject to change. Do not work with this company if you want an honest deal.

Andrew was very helpful in creating a solution to the problem of shipping my car in a timely fashion.

Kevin Miller was very helpful working a quote for me and providing honest information about the availability of transport companies for the tight timeframe that I presented for moving my vehicle. He answered my phone calls and was pleasantly courteous. He helped me also to understand how the posting system works. He did not use high pressure sales tactics, which was appreciated. I would call Kevin again if I needed assistance moving a vehicle because I felt like he cared and gave me honest answers.
