I don’t know who is taking payments on…
I don’t know who is taking payments on your end but they seem to have had a problem doing so. As our records show they entered six times two different amounts 1) $179.00 2) $60.00 three to receive payment and three to refund payment. As a result this raised a red flag on our bank account as fraud. Bank of America then blocked our business account until we can resolve what happened. I was made aware via an email earlier this week this amount of $179.00 would be drawn out soon. I can’t explain the $60.00. Please note these 6 transactions did not result in a lose of funds for our company as either the bank took the money back or the person on your end replace it back into our account. Please contact your accounting department at your earliest convenience Thank you.

They are doing automatic renewals…
They are doing automatic renewals without approvals. And they are unreachable through customer service. Avoid this place at any cost. They are charging exhorbitantly and automatically. Update 3/21: They don't seem to care about my charges and refunds. They replied saying its escalated but there is no response from them on the refund nor any communication with me.

I formed 2 LLCs with them and it was all good for a year +. Eventually their app totally crushed and does not work any more at all, for months now... No one responds to mails for a month now also... I am very sorry because for a year they were perfect.

This is the worst agent ever!
This is the worst agent ever! Don't work with this agent if you even remotely want your business to stand. It takes them ages, if not decades to respond to emails for support, if at all they ever respond. And the phone line? You never get anybody to talk to. Oh my this is the most frustrating agent to work with, Save yourself some headache by avoiding this agent like the plague! Worst ever! Worst experience i have ever had with any agent. If it were possible to give 0 star rating i will do just that. How do such agents even operate knowing what they are doing to people??? An agent who doesn't respond to queries for support is a completely useless one, very very useless!!

Awful Service
Stealing and cheating the clients. They replied to my emails after weeks. They didn't open a bank account until today despite signing and submitting my banking form 3 weeks ago! A lady called Mariana sent me an email saying they are dealing with only 1 bank "Relay" and it's not even supported by Stripe! and I should open an account with any other bank on my own if I'd like to. All other companies can open accounts with different banks specially those working with Strips. They billed me against setting up the company, EIN, bank account, however I didn't get the bank account and they are pretty sure that most of the foreign clients order this service in order to start up their online business which needs Stripe.

Wyoming Attorney LLC also operates under Cloud Peak Law. I have been a client for a few years. This organization is the biggest shame I have ever personally experienced. My guess is they end up on American Greed. It is no accident that there's no Google reviews available for either of their entities. Look up Cloud Peak Law reviews on Yelp They charge my CC without my authorization; they do not respond to emails; they do not pick up their phone. This has been ongoing for almost two years. Cloud Peak provides businesses with a brick-and-mortar address and mail services ... they also provide registered agents for LLCs. For this reason, it is a massive lift to stop doing business with them. They take full advantage of this. Once you become a "client" you will no longer have contact with the sales people (who initially make you feel comfortable). I am absolutely disgusted with this organization and these people. They should be ashamed of themselves. Stay far, far away from this circus and don't make the same mistake I did ... find a reputable group to work with and ensure to speak with references. Now the infamous WY LLC Attorneys are attempting to take down these reviews sending threats that they would be removed.

Wyoming LLC Attorney is a scam
Wyoming LLC Attorney is a scam. It has no attorneys working with you, only the sales people who are sort of nice while luring you to sign up, but are very vague answering your questions and providing any services afterwards. The name of the company is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The worst is M******e (WY LLC Attorneys got spooked and requested me to edit her personal data) with a very calm demeanor and soft talk, who may talk you into trusting them. She convinced me to sign up, but she is a snake, all she cares is signing you up. I filed an LLC with them, but could never get any attorneys on the phone, there are just phony sales people that became rude to me when I needed to get answers to my questions about their LLC operating agreement that is taken straight from Legal Zoom. That's when I did extensive research and found a bunch of negative reviews about their "attorney" who was not available for so many clients when they needed her. They only push paid consults with their so-called attorneys, but the same attorney clients actually worked with was sloppy, unavailable and could care less. Well, I am persistent and kept calling. The gate keepers and sales people of all sorts stopped answering the phone, kept redirecting me and left me hanging on the phone for hrs one day before closing on my property. I called from another phone and oops! They were available for new clients. Tadaaa! Never got to speak to a competent attorney at this sham of a company, they were unavailable and only wanted to charge me exorbitant fees for additional services. The company name is deceptive! I found an experienced attorney a day before closing on my RE acquisition in my state who actually always answers his phone. He spent half an hr on the phone with me answering my questions no charge. The next day he signed all the closing documents for me as a temporary manager for my WY, LLC for anonymity purposes. And Wyoming LLC Attorney bunch thought they could lure me to pay them more before a professional would even speak with me. Nope! No money, no extra fees for you, vultures! I work with experienced attorneys who actually care and pick up the phone to build trust. Another issue, it took Wyoming LLC Attorneys 4 months to forward my closing documents on a property to my state and they sent it REGULAR MAIL with no tracking!!!!! The documents could have been lost, but they did not care. M******e told me she would personally oversee where they went... and disappeared for 3 month. After 3 months she resurfaced asking me if I got them, as if she cared. False care, snake! Now after I see they raised their fees and are charging clients enormous amounts on credit cards without explicit consent, I will be moving to another registered agent. Nope, you scammers are not charging me out of the blue without me knowing, that card has been closed! Thx for your so-called rude attorney-less "services".
