They set my LLC up In 2017Customer service was good In 2021I paid the For my marina And they never pay it And then in 3 months later they reinstated My company with the state of Wyoming And try to charge me for the reinstatement fee when it was there a mistake Dan2023 I pay my fee Never pay it all they let my company a lapse I contacted them And they admitted they didn't pay it3 weeks in April 2024They kept saying they're gonna reinstate it And they would pay the reinstatement fees Cause it was their fault Never did it so I demanded my money back they gave me my money back And I also talk to secretary office attorney general's office and the bar association And I'm gonna move forward and try to have the lawyer who owns that company disbarred Taking people's trust money and never paying it out Which is illegal

no support / chatbot paralegals
I was a happy customer for several years. I recently tried to bring more work to them and discovered their support and paralegals are all chatbots. I was informed that for my questions, I would have to schedule and pay for an attorney meeting. When I asked which type of consultation, as none of the ones listed describe my question type, they only responded with chatbots, and phone support is non-existent. My only other issues with them was they double bill if you have a renewal payment failure, but that cost is pretty small.

Fraudulent credit card charges
I've used them to form an LLC a few years back and then cancelled all their services. Today, three years later they started charging my credit card again. They didn't reply to my messages, so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Greatly improved
In the past year they have upgraded their customer service with salesforce, which means they actually respond to customer inquiries and can resolve issues within 3 days from my experience. They also updated their site, while still not fully representative of their current offerings, itβs a good step forward. Review score for this year is 4, compared to last year chaotic 1 star for their uncontrollable renewals with no support. A great improvement. Will check back next year to update.

Scummy company that renewed without myβ¦
Scummy company that renewed without my consent after I explicitly let my LLC lapse over a year ago. No warning other than the sudden credit card charge and renewal email. I opened a support case the same day I saw the email but got a "request for more information" from this Trustpilot review but still no response to my email. I remember getting multiple emails ~last year after turning off auto-renew that my LLC would be disbanded if I left it alone. I did. edit: I never got a response from anyone but it looks like the charges were reversed.

A Paralegal couldn't help without an Attorney
A Paralegal answered the phone. I told her the issues that I was interested in. Her response was that she could only answer general questions, which I had just mentioned to her already(?). Then, she said that I would need an Attorney consult. But, THAT was the reason I called. So, instead of explaining the process, she just told me that she really couldn't help not being an Attorney, and no further referral to an Attorney -- so why do they advertise legal services that they don't provide how to obtain? No person who is that inept can be a Paralegal. She was a minimum wage secretary with a glorified title as "Paralegal".

Wyoming LLC helped me open my small business. The process was relatively straight forward, affordable, and quick. I really like the dashboard they offer to clients that enables you to quickly see all company information and documents. The customer support is okay, but could definitely be better. It's difficult to get answers to questions sent via email, however, they do offer a phone service that has been more helpful.

Unreliable, long processing, high fees.
Itβs hit or miss with this company. Phone customers service is the way to get anything done. It sucks I have to be on top of calling them non stop to get anything done. A check took 3 weeks to arrive at the office. (Not normal) which leads me to believe they are not processing on time. Then have to pay 50 for shipping expedited which took another WEEK after payment to get sent.after payment and confirmed multiple times they still asked for more confirmation before sending. Ignored all emails. Should have overnighted it at this rate for a basic envelope package. I might look into switching to another agent. Not reliable, super long processing times, confirmation emails are ridiculous. Just bad overall so far for my FIRST actual experience with them.
