Greatly improved
In the past year they have upgraded their customer service with salesforce, which means they actually respond to customer inquiries and can resolve issues within 3 days from my experience. They also updated their site, while still not fully representative of their current offerings, it’s a good step forward. Review score for this year is 4, compared to last year chaotic 1 star for their uncontrollable renewals with no support. A great improvement. Will check back next year to update.
