I can't speak highly enough about Sarah Curren. First of all, I called expecting to get a voicemail like I did with another company. The automated serviced picked up and I was given the choice of a call back or I could wait. I waited and less than 30 seconds later Sarah picked up. She was extremely personable and actually listened to what my challenge was and why I needed to change from my current provider. She walked me through the process and was on the phone with me as I signed up through the website and talked me through a couple of hiccups. Sarah not only made the process easy, but actually enjoyable. She has a great sense of humor and can banter with the best of em. Thank you so much, Sarah!

Bad customer service - Try others
Very strange, entitled and unprofessional customer support representative unable to answer basic questions about their service. I called 5 different service providers in the RA / Virtual Office niche today and the customer support here was the worst received. During a sales inquiry the representative hung up the phone on me because she apparently felt entitled to do so because she did not want to go over a few questions with me. I would not want to service customers like that but that’s the business owner’s loss. To note that this was on the phone with sales, so I’m not even an existing customer. Complete fail. Recommendation: Do business with other service providers, not this one. Glad I could see the level of service before potentially signing up for any of their services.

Sarah was great at answering my questions and offering help
Called in to get some information not knowing when or if someone would answer. To my surprise someone picked up within a ring or two. Not only were all my questions answered, I was actually offered a downsell. I was fortunate to get someone who let me know a way to do something that was actually cheaper than what I was thinking.
