Customer service and charges
I paid $499 to CT corporation which I was not supposed to pay for according to wyoming LLC, because my payment for the second year includes registered agent services. They already did a fincen and report for me. I have tried multiple times through customer service to get directly incontact with management to fix the problem, only for me to be responsible for this when wyoming LLC has a direct contract with CT services that I paid for in the bundled registered agent service. It seems to be a common thread that customers seeking support are left to their own to try to resolve their matters or go to websites like this one to review. I hope this matter can be resolved.

I Description of the type of employee needing in every bus support department
I had the pleasure of speaking to Johnnie. His voice was calm and I did not feel rushed. As we went through all the points he gave me time to ask questions until I fully understood the process as well as meaning.I needed to check with my bank with a few questions and Johnnie allowed me to call back and ask for him which prevented me from having to start the conversation from the beginning. He is the type of employee every company with customer service should have as part of their staff
