Bad customer service - Try others
Very strange, entitled and unprofessional customer support representative unable to answer basic questions about their service. I called 5 different service providers in the RA / Virtual Office niche today and the customer support here was the worst received. During a sales inquiry the representative hung up the phone on me because she apparently felt entitled to do so because she did not want to go over a few questions with me. I would not want to service customers like that but that’s the business owner’s loss. To note that this was on the phone with sales, so I’m not even an existing customer. Complete fail. Recommendation: Do business with other service providers, not this one. Glad I could see the level of service before potentially signing up for any of their services.
