Sarah was yawning loudly
Sarah yawned loudly several times while I was asking her questions; it even interrupted me and I stumbled in the middle of my question. I felt like she seemed disinterested, wasn’t really listening, and I felt rushed to hang up; it seemed like I was bothering her time. I didn’t feel like I could ask her questions, or that I got the help I needed. It was such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

This is a special shady operation
This is a special shady operation. I registered a company with them thru theire web page, but there was no way to contact them. They say it is a contact us button in the hub, but it was not. But i found a contact form that was sent to an email address that did not excist. There was an email to be found via Google that did not excist either. They have a chat that only answers "I dont understand the question". So i contacted my CC provider and reported the transaction as scam. Then all of a sudden someone managed to contact me via email to prevent the payment to be lost. Now they pretend on email for Stripe so it looks like they are serious and have delivered whats ordered, but they are just stalling with nonsence replying 1-2 times a week. After i reported them as spam, they have updated both contact form and "public" email to the same they reply from now, and the chat "forward" you to a "Human" saying he/she will reply later.. My honest opinion is to stay away from them, take a look at theire reviews on Facebook, and ignore all the fake 5 stars review they make here. They just try to hide bad reviews with fake users and fake reviews with the exact same way of writing them all.

Seems to be what a novice needs!
This was my second call to the company and I was greeted with knowledge and reps that really believe in the company and can tell you why! My second call placed to go ahead and secure my future was with "Sarah". She will walk you through every step and I mean it (from general questions, business structure, and the online process). She won't get off the phone until your business is on its way to being set in stone. I don't have to say anything else. Sarah, I can't wait to share my journey and growth with you!

I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. There was a clear lack of competence and an alarming lack of knowledge about basic law, which left me questioning their expertise entirely. Communication was poor, and they did not seem capable of handling even straightforward issues. I strongly advise others to avoid wasting their time here. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I would not recommend their services.
