Great Customer Service Experience!
These days, there are few companies that want to talk to their customers. Automated systems make you want to hang up because by the time you get to a representative you're number 42 in line. From the time I called until I was speaking to Abby was less than 30 seconds! She listened to my questions and concerns and patiently worked me to get my concerns resolved and my questions answered. Abby was courteous and walked me through the steps to ensure everything was in order. Thanks Abby!

Good support when finding it - Forget Email support
I gave 3 stars, because the experience with this company is very mixed. Meryliz, one of the support staff in the support hub was very helpful. She understood the issue I raised, worked to find a solution, and managed to resolve it within 15 minutes. But before then, I had been reaching out to the support via email over 6 times. The reply times over email are infuriatingly long, and the only advice you get is "Call this number" - Which is a US number, and costs a fortune to call when you are not in the US at that moment. The support chat function in the support hub, and even finding the support hub is strenuous. So overall, the support could be good, if it would clearly explain where and how to contact the support. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible, so 3 stars from me.

I do NOT recommend this agency. There is a huge lack of accountability and communication. I submitted a formation on an LLC on Jan 15th, and have been running after the support team trying to get a proper update. After 5 business days, nothing has happened. Dont work with them!

I would like to thank Anthony H for his help and time, he was kind and was ready to provide whatever you could ask for. for the company, I didn't get any problems starting my LLC or getting EIN, the documents were easy to managed or to get. bank services I wasn't able to get that because of my origin country (which is prohibited) but I could get it elsewhere using the LLC documents. The platform is okey, problems from time to time but does the necessary.
