Good support when finding it - Forget Email support
I gave 3 stars, because the experience with this company is very mixed. Meryliz, one of the support staff in the support hub was very helpful. She understood the issue I raised, worked to find a solution, and managed to resolve it within 15 minutes. But before then, I had been reaching out to the support via email over 6 times. The reply times over email are infuriatingly long, and the only advice you get is "Call this number" - Which is a US number, and costs a fortune to call when you are not in the US at that moment. The support chat function in the support hub, and even finding the support hub is strenuous. So overall, the support could be good, if it would clearly explain where and how to contact the support. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible, so 3 stars from me.
