Great customer service

Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.

Great customer support

The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental…

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Zest are a first rate provider. We never use anyone else. This year we had to use the free included excess protection cover, which paid out without quibble.

Great service all round

Second time I’ve used Zest. They find really good deals and give the smaller rental companies a chance. It means I could upgrade the car and it was still miles cheaper than the big guns. Also when I have had questions, Zest have been very quick to reply (with UK staff, who don’t need things spelling out like an outsourced overseas office would).

Helpful staff, quality car.

Really nice, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely quality car. Queue to collect the car took about 20 minutes but once we got served the staff member was very helpful and easy process. Drop off was quick and easy.

Excellent Service

Since finding Zest a few years ago, I use them three times a year when visiting Portugal. They always provide a first class service at a competitive price. They liaise before, during and after the car rental to ensure everything runs smoothly. I would not hesitate in recommending Zest!

I used Zest to book my hire car in the…

I used Zest to book my hire car in the USA and it was the First time I have used the company .I found them far cheaper and with a better group of car . Full insurance was included so I had no up sell when collecting the vehicle .. I would use again without doubt when booking my next hire car .
