Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

No hidden costs - Good company
Straightforward booking for our trip to Majorca - Price included full insurance and there was no hard sell at the airport to upgrade this - The car was as described and clean - All the staff were helpful - We will definitely use Zest again after this experience -

Worry and hassle-free service
The airport pick-up and drop-off process was completely hassle-free. Both collecting and returning the cars was smooth, and the service provided was excellent throughout. Communication from Zest and their coordination with the hire company was spot on. We had a small issue regarding insurance—as I needed to be covered on both vehicles—but it was resolved within minutes. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

Great service with a caution
Absolute brilliant service with renting a car in Bilbao. Such a pity it was spoilt by the rental company RENBYCAR who have a dishonest money making scam by charging many customers for minute so called damages on the spot. See other reviews of them on different websites. Do avoid them at all costs Zest car rental however I can recommend and will use them any time
