Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

I was very pleased with the overall experience of the car rental and the rental booking. This was the first time that I had done this, and there were horror stories of cowboy companies aggressively charging extra insurance and taking money from the credit card, forcing people to contest afterwards. This was something I did not want to contend with after a nice holiday. My experience was incredibly easy, and there were no issues whatsoever. The car I rented was in perfect condition. It was so straightforward that I was still wondering if I would have a nasty surprise once home from holiday. This was not the case, and I will happily use a car rental through zest again.

Best car rental broker
Having dealt with many other car rental companies over the years, including international, supposedly “blue chip” companies I wouldn’t go past Zest…they didn’t get the Which? awards by accident..my experience tells me they earned them. Absolutely 5 star rating!!

Excellent service and good price
Excellent service as always from start to finish with no hidden extras unlike other rental companies - this is all inclusive insurance at a reasonable price so you have no worries when driving the cars abroad

Another positive experience with Zest
Another positive experience with Zest. We have never had a problem with any rental booked through them and the inclusion of breakdown cover, 2nd driver and CDW makes their rates very competitive. Our latest rental in Corfu with an excellent local company, DIRent A Car, went extremely well for us. The pickup and drop off went very smoothly and quickly. Very friendly staff and a good clean car. Our 7 day’s rental cost just over 60 euros and there was no pressure to purchase any top-up cover. Would use Zest again.

Zest used to be reliable …
Zest used to be reliable but for a second time this year have had problems. I suspect they are not vetting the companies they use, so do your own research. We had a confirmed booking at Barcelona airport - money has been taken but when we arrived on time at the Record Go office they didn't have any cars, there was a queue out the door, and no one could tell us when we might get the car we had booked and they had confirmed. Used Uber instead.
