Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

They sort out the best deals, great pricing transparency, pick up/drop off instructions for both Faro and Porto were easy to follow and staff were wonderfully pleasant.

Always great value and excellent customer service
Since I found Zest Car Rental several years ago I always book through them. The prices are competitive and there is lots of choice. And if I need any help (eg when flight dates were changed by the carrier in the aftermath of covid) they are working for me, not the rental company, and have succeeded in getting the changes made to the booking for me without any fees.

Best intermediate agency
Very easy to get hold of for any questions - call was to UK office, notwithstanding car hire was in Ibiza. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Car hire company (Click Rental) also highly recommended. We rented 2 cars for 6 adults and 2 babies - everything was handled very smoothly and quickly.

This is the second time I have used Zest Car Hire and again I found their service to be the very best possible. Their prices are keen, having zero excess really elevates them above any other competitor I was able to find. I have no hesitation in recommending them, the best ids the best. The car provider was a Company called Moved based in Faro, Portugal. They too were excellent. I would like to commend Vitor Pereira Movida's excellent employee who assisted me when picking the car up. his help and professionalism were to me invaluable. If you do run an employee of the Month/Year this chap gets my vote. If possible please pass my comments to Vitor. Overall my experience at Movida was the very best it can be, Thankyou.
