I was very pleased with the overall experience of the car rental and the rental booking. This was the first time that I had done this, and there were horror stories of cowboy companies aggressively charging extra insurance and taking money from the credit card, forcing people to contest afterwards. This was something I did not want to contend with after a nice holiday. My experience was incredibly easy, and there were no issues whatsoever. The car I rented was in perfect condition. It was so straightforward that I was still wondering if I would have a nasty surprise once home from holiday. This was not the case, and I will happily use a car rental through zest again.
