Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Zest are brilliant from very user-friendly website, easily accessible and informative, reliable choice of partner companies, good quality vehicles and all that you need afterwards including efficient claim submissions and procedures. Make you very confident that you have a comprehensive contract, all very clearly explained and FAQs answering anything else you should ask and have forgotten or didn't realise. Car Hire with confidence
Zest provided a very competitive choice of cars and the fact that they are highly rated by WHICH provided me with the confidence to book the car, include the Zest Top-up insurance for piece of mind and the hire company, Automania, we're very good regarding pick up and drop off. I am completely happy with the service and rental tips provided by Zest and have recommended them to family and friends. I will be hiring a car through Zest in September.

Another hassle free, excellent car rental booking with Zest.
This was the second consecutive car rental booking I have made through Zest following a recommendation to use them in a national newspaper’s travel article written in 2024. Once again, Zest provided a hassle free booking with guaranteed standards. Their prices are extremely competitive, I cancelled a booking with another company and re-booked through Zest when I realised the savings and extras included when booking through Zest. They source and supply high quality vehicles and provide clear instructions and advice when collecting the vehicles. We were again very satisfied with the service and experience that Zest delivered and will certainly use them for all our future car rental bookings.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, fair prices and good vehicles with reputable car hire companies. I had to make an amendment last minute to my rental and spoke with Lara who was absolutely excellent. Without any fuss or additional costs, efficiently sorted out my problem. I don’t use any other agent now for booking car rentals.
