Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Outstanding service
We originally booked our car rental with Zest, which we have used before, but noticed that the rental company, Autos Menorca had reduced their hire cost on their website, called Zest to explain the situation that the price had gone down, they took control of the problem and got us the new lower price and returned the money into our account within 24 hrs, well done Zest and thank you, itβs obvious why Zest has achieved so many awards, canβt fault them.

Very easy to deal with on the web, wide range of options in terms of companies to use, gets over the additional insurance cost problem when you arrive at the airport car rental desk, and good instructions once you've booked. Very impressed

Simply the best car hire experience.
Simply the best car hire experience. We had a brand new vehicle waiting for us. The collection process was friendly, efficient and without any problems surrounding additional insurances or payments. Our eventual return took no more than 5 minutes and we were give a private transfer directly to the departures area of the airport. We cannot recommend RecordGo more highly and will certainly use the Zest service again and again.

Zest saves the day - and money
Have used Zest for UK and US bookings. Great service. Most recently I used Zest to book a rental with Green Motion, Newcastle. Zest rearranged the booking for me via telephone since I'd booked for the wrong day. Very helpful guy. Then I had a run in with Green Motion for tiny scratches on the inside of the car for which I was charged Β£344. Zest offers free excess insurance, with a great insurer, Orchard Administration. I was paid back in full within 6 days. Terrific service from Zest - totally unlike Green Motion.

Only a broker. Zest are only a broker with noβ¦
Zest are only a broker with no influence over the rental company. We were only offered a car that already had serious though cosmetic accident damage. The view expressed by the rental company noleggiare in Naples and Zest on our return was " that was ok as we had excess damage waiver". What I have been unable to get across to Zest or the rentors is that we didn't pay or expect only to be offered a damaged car? Just had a response from Zest, saying they will look into my complaint and come back to me.Pity they have already looked into it?? As I haven't received the refund of the deposit I paid on the 14th May, and I returned the car on May 24th I have asked Zest to assist in this.

Quick and efficient service.
Quick and efficient service at the Zest desk. All aspects of the hire agreement and insurance were explained. The vehicle was clean and as described. It was in good working order and I had no issues with it over the holiday. The whole process of arriving at the desk to driving out of the airport took about 20 minutes. I would use Zest again.
