Great customer support

The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental…

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Would chose them again without hesitation

Uncomplicated booking, full insurance option, great car, very reasonable price, no problems. An all in all "How it should be" experience for our June 2025 stay in Mallorca. Very friendly and helpful people eve in stressy situation when a lot of customers arrived at the same time. The only thing to mentally get over is that there a short transfer by bus from the airport to the site where the cars are parked, but with the bus going very frequent (so it seemed), this is nothing in the way of an enjoyable experience. Will use them again once back.

Excellent Service

It's the second time we've used Zest for our Portuguese rental, albeit with a different car rental company in Portugal this time, but the service we received was just as good. Can't fault Zest and as always.....no collision waver to pay. Excellent service....use Zest with confidence.
