Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Moved to Zen because Vodafone couldnβt solve a technical problem for over six weeks. Three phone calls to nice people in Zen HQ and an Engineer was on my doorstep the next morning. Problem solved. Solid 6-800 MBs since then. Brilliant.

Been with Zen for nearly two years,on the City Fibre network. Only one very short loss of service in all that time. So excellent service. One slight disappointment the other day, I tried to contact Zen by telephone the other day,(nothing wrong- just wanted information about additional service) very long wait. Gave up. So have only given 4 stars for that reason only.

Prompt, Polite and Very Professional. What more can you ask for? When contacting them you are not diverted to someone in a far off country who you have difficulty in understanding. You are put through to someone in the UK who speaks English, who you can understand and who sorts out any problems in an efficient manner. Being a grumpy 80 year old pensioner who does not really understand or like modern technology this is exactly the kind of organisation that I enjoy working with. They are very patient with me!!!

Zens customer service is just excellent. They communicate continuously to act to solve a problem. Patient and friendly even when I became frustrated to try to get the Internet connected. An engineer was sent to look at fixing the problem with the Internet. He did some upgrades and tried a few things but couldn't immediately identify what was wrong and would not stay to try to solve the issue. Disappointed by that. A different engineer arrived immediately the next day and quickly identified the issue. I was given small compensation. It only lacks 5 stars due to the issue with the engineer plus the time it took to resolve the issue. All in all I highly recommend Zen for their strong Internet connection and customer service, they do not let up and go out of their way to resolve issues.

Great price & value for money, I choose the 2.5gb package and I'm very impressed, installation was great, engineers were good lads. The Internet speeds are banging, definatly reccomend for gamers....(pay for the upgraded router, it's worth it)
