New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Good service

Been with Zen now for just over a year. The service has been very good with no issues. They are not the cheapest, however the price is set for the contract time. No yearly above inflation price increase like with other providers so you know what you’re paying throughout with no nasty surprises. I would recommend Zen based on my experience so far

Escaping EE for the joy of Zen!

Having been with EE since 2018, I was sick of dropped and frozen video calls and pixelated streaming. I was recommended Zen Fibre by a friend and when I looked them up, I noticed they were Which Magazine recommended too and for several years running! Despite EE's relentless, prolonged and ear-bleeding efforts to convince us to stay, I signed up for Zen after a call with an advisor. (No sales pitch, just the info I needed) We had 2 lovely ladies from BT Openreach round within a week to inspect the cable area, then 2 friendly guys who laid the new fibre optic a couple of weeks after that. Then an engineer about 3 weeks later to install the cable into the house. It took just under 2 months to move, mostly due to Openreach's schedule, but we were happy to wait. I had a tiny issue with understanding the new router but a quick call to Zen had us up and running within minutes. Our internet is fabulous now. No dropped calls and we can rewind streaming without it crashing out. Really happy with Zen and we all got our Β£25 referral vouchers too. Highly recommended, hassle-free fast internet!
