Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Installation guys were really nice and considerate, they set everything up and explained everything, since connecting to Zen we have had faultless broadband and everybody in the household is happy as they can download games super fast instead of hours it's minutes

Zen without doubt the best at there job

I dealt with customer service who left no stone unturned to make sure all was well with zen and myself.I would never hesitate to recommend zen to anyone looking for a sound operator who have their customers satisfaction as their number one priority. with thanks R Castle.

Problem with phone line on…

Problem with phone line on installation, was resolved after a few days but not informed by Zen, hence only four stars. Initial offer stated £100 Amazon voucher, no sign of this yet. Internet seems good but when testing on various sites, does not get any upload speed. When testing on Oklahoma, upload speed is three times faster than download, strange?

Update:

Update: Zen set up my broadband on the 24th April. Since then my download speeds have been consistently 500mbs - it hardly ever varies. We also had our landline transferred over to Zen as well. We found it very easy for us to set up the voicemail system. In my experience I've found them a very good business to deal with.

Download time

Most of the time there are no problems, but it does not relate well with my sky glass tv. I often have to wait a long time for programmes to download which is frustrating when wishing to watch live to.
