Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Started using Zen in September 2010, have used them ever since. Reliability was what I wanted and that is what Zen do. Not the cheapest, but you only get what you pay for.

Good to talk to
Received good and reassuring advice concerning what may have been an attempted hack. Following that my enquiry concerning upgrading to full fibre (only just available in this corner of London) was very fully answered. As a Zen customer for years, I have always found that, once they have answered the phone, you have their full and unlimited attention.

Good solid company
Consistent speeds with no drop offs, no problems in the time I've had the contract and a frozen tariff. despite many offers around of at a cheaper price from other companys,when you look at the small print their tariff goes up annually. Zen gave said they wont do this unless I change the contract and have so far stuck to their word so all good.

Good technically and very helpful
Zen is technically good and I never have get problems which other providers seem to have. From the point of view of customer service Zen is also excellent. If you have an issue you can speak to Zen and be sure they will do their best to help you. I have been with Zen for many years and would never even consider leaving them. It is unfortunate that Trustpilot is not as good as Zen.
