Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I recently moved to ZEN Fibre and so far it has been rock solid and well up to the promised speeds. I would also praise the choice of the Fritz router which has is a great deal more sophisticated and informative than my previous router.

had some issues with copperline. openreach guy fixed it and advised me to upgrade to fibre. line since worked perfectly. another openreach guy came a month later and installed fibre and inactivated my copper line but said unfortunately the fibre had an external issue. since 1 week no service. no connections to alexa or my solarpanels app. regular chit chat with zen...all bla bla sorry not our fault. so my upgrade has resulted in a bigger bill ,zero service...no alexa no solar inverter connections...brilliant. but lovely supportive chit chats with zen and absolutely no result...brilliant if u want to really test your resilience try it for yourself.by now I have spoken to half their customer relations team...all very nice people shame that they can't help with anything. also they been nicey nicey when my old contract was expired. ever since I signed up for a new contract...no service..... I used my alternative email ck for this review.. . hk.

Zen have great customer service and technical services. I had an issue with our Internet not working, caused by BT contractors damaging the cable servicing our Close. Zen raised the issue with BT, Maddie doing an excellent in getting the process going. Then Rob Williams was in touch over several days to ensure that the service had been restored and was maintained. I can’t fault Zen and highly recommend them.

Whenever I interact with Zen the experience is very satisfactory. I'd give it 5 stars if the invoices were more comprehensible, including appropriate p u n c t u a t i o n. I've given up trying to find out the cost of individual calls. No further explanations in writing please: just make it easier!

The Zen process was very smooth and the telephone team very helpful. However, during the change I suffered from incompetence by Plusnet who ceased my line 4 weeks too early and poor communications from City Fibre concerning installation delays.

From contacting Zen for their advice on a switch, to the delivery of equipment, the follow up tech support from Andre to set up additional repeater, the service has been top notch. The switch over has been seamless, the speeds generally better than expected. Zen are highly recommended

Sometimes the internet is very poor which I can’t understand if you are a which recommended service. But I suppose you use the same cable network as BT Vodafone and Sky maybe others also, so it’s never going to be brilliant because there are too many subscribers all using an overloaded system. Please don’t say I should contact you for a better service. Done that. It’s not a case of it’s slow, it’s a case of no connection at all for some periods of time. I pay £50ish for the 500mb/gb so it’s not a cheap option. David Williams(Tamworth)
