Outlook was bad, but story ended well
I was a Zamplebox subscriber for many years, back in the day when their customer service was excellent. I only make the occasional order now, as Japan has strict e-liquid regulations (max of 120ml per month). Placed a 120ml order almost 2 weeks ago now, but received no e-mail confirmation of either my order or my payment. Their website just says "processing order". I left messages repeatedly in their online chatbox and also reached out a few times via e-mail but absolutely zero communication. But, the story ends well: Despite the lack of communication my order arrived today - completely unexpectedly, so a big thumbs up to Zamplebox. They can still be relied upon to deliver the goods.
