Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I changed over to Yuno as they were supposed to be cheaper than the rest but so far they are way more expensive than my previous supplier

My experience with a number of staff members from Yuno Energy is very positive, I hope the overall customer experience will be the same (I'm only 5 days into the switchover so it's a bit early to tell a statement about the company, tho the support seems good for these past few calls). So far so good!

First query since joining yuno and I raised the query by phone. Emanuella answered promptly and resolved all issues thoroughly before signing off. Very pleased with Yuno service !

Switched to Yuno this month. Very easy to do and much better rates than previous provider. Rang to enquire about submitting a meter reading. I have a smart meter and had to submit readings to previous provider. Not necessary to do so to Yuno. They can get readings from smart meters once activated. Emanuella could not have been more helpful on the phone today. Very satisfied with Yuno so far. The app is excellent on phone also.

Had a long standing issue for a while but it has now been resolved and I feel they went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. New companies have teething issues. I think it was just down to this. Really good rates over all

I was in such a muddle with passwords on the app. With unbelievable patience Richard talked me through what I should do. Then showed me all the different features on the app and explained the billing. Fantastic service. So glad I changed to Youno.

I switched because they predict your consumption, and predicted me over 600 euros for a small flat with just one storage heater in use. The joke. They never sent me a contract and their customer service was appalling. The switch happened in December. They not only never sent me a final bill and they also pocketed the December 150 euros credit from the government, just like that. And I can't even check what they owe me since I got no final bill. Needless to say that I will take the necessary measures to get what is owed to me. In short. Avoid at all costs!!!
