Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

I was charged 283 euro incorrectly from an MPRN number that wasn't mine at the beginning of March. I have had to call Yuno 4 times and got multiple assurances that it would be "looked into" and "escalated". 6 weeks on, I still don't have a refund. I called again and they said it would be refunded within the week. Let's see. Extremely poor service from Yuno.
I joined yuno energy in late January and firstly I find it very difficult to understand their billing system compared to my previous supplier, also I requested on the app for a customer service person to contact me so I could go through my concerns and as of yet nobody at yuno has bothered to contact me and finally they claimed to be cheaper than my previous supplier but to date they appear to be more expensive. NOT IMPRESSED.
I have only joined Uno energy and I had a problem with the app I straightaway got very fast response from Francis.

Just swopped provider today. Dealt with Constance who was efficient, polite and friendly. She also made the transition smooth and easy. Happy customer
Last August when I joined yuno.stupid me signed up.but did not realise it was fixed for 12 months.at the time electricity was at it most expensive n it could only go down in price.its difficult to understand there billing.my bill is going up month on month.rang them .2 opt out of contract 50 euro.there ads on tele last year infareness did fool the likes of myself..roll on August.. I'm deffo done with yuno.
