Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Excellent experience with Yorkshire Water

I had to call YW with regards to my bill and to see if I was eligible for Water Support. The young lady I spoke with was excellent. Very helpful and informative. I was eligible and thanks to her and YW I can rest easy knowing I’m paying what I can comfortably afford for my water. Also their music whilst you’re on hold is fantastic.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been a customer of Yorkshire Water for around 20 years. Every month since joining, I've paid around £30-40 a month. I moved house in April this year (2025) and again, signed up to YW, only to be told my month bill is now £120 a month, despite only living in the new property for 1 day. I rang up to sort this out, as clearly I thought it was an error, only to be told by their customer service, who I assume was wearing a black and white striped jumper, a mask and holding a swag bag at the time, that this wasn't an error, and this is their new policy due to the tariff increase this year. I'm now paying triple the monthly bill that I've always paid. Welcome to Yorkshire Water people.
