Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Today I had my annual statement, called Yorkshire water with a couple small enquiries, the assistant was very courtesy towards old people like me , most understanding , and all my little problem was dealt with eas and professionally as it could be , many thanks to Yorkshire Water and the excellent assistant .CHEERS

I was experiencing financial difficulties and I needed some help. Yorkshire Water kindly provided me with assistance through the Community Trust and set up a new payment plan for me...the help and support I received was marvellous and I thank you. David

Where are we going?!!

The gentleman on the other side explained the reason why my bill went 50% up. I've never been so shocked. The price of water - it's nothing but extortion!!!
