Claimed refund for a event that changed date and location. Got told refund within 30 days Still not received money back Awful company sent email asking what's going on and when will I get money back, no response. Will be contacting ombudsman
I ordered tickets to Newbury summerfest and the event was cancelled, they offered a refund which I accepted, this was in the middle of May. I have contact xplosive events a number of times about this and had no response they just keep sending me replacement tickets for an event that has passed. I have emailed, left voicemails and had nothing back. Avoid this company, I will now be contacting my bank.
Still waiting for a refund for an event that was cancelled! Mid May I responded to the initial email requesting full refund! We were told it would be refunded within 30 days. Its now July and still no sign of a refund. Please DO NOT book with this company!!!
Been following Xplosive Events around then UK watching their displays and enjoying their events. The time, efforts and creativity that goes into each one is unbeaten! Abingdon fireworks is my all time favourite with their immersive display, it’s one not to be missed. Highly recommend!

I have attended many firework events, but this one was on another level. The synchronisation of fireworks with the music was spot on, creating a magical experience. The whole event was well planned, from parking to crowd management. It was a night filled with fun, excitement, and beautiful lights in the sky.

I would love to say that this is the perfect event for the family but the awful organisation ( or lack of) of the car parking made us never want to to go back. It was bad enough to have to queue for 2 hrs to get into the event but the shambles in the carpark at the end was shocking. No car parking stewards in sight, no organisation. Absolute bedlam. Do not go to this event until the organisers have a professional car parking team in place. Shame as the fireworks were great but would never go again.

SpringFest 2024 was amazing! The monster trucks were a huge hit, and the kids had a blast on the fairground rides. The food was fantastic, and the fireworks finale was perfect. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!

Such an exciting day out at SpringFest! The motorbike stunts, live music, and delicious food made for a memorable family experience. A few hiccups with parking, but the amazing fireworks display more than made up for it.

Wow, just wow! The bonfire was massive, and the fireworks felt like something out of a movie. Perfect for families, especially with the quieter opening show for kids. I’m already excited to attend more Xplosive Events in the future!
