Where should I even begin..
Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia.
Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that.
Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.
Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.
Galaxy Note 10 Plus (Snapdragon) - Perfect Brand New Phone - 8 days delivery Hong Kong to UK
I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (Snapdragon SM-N9750) from Wonda Mobile. The phone was brand new and sealed pack. The delivery was very quick (took total 8 days including 2 days of weekend). I am amazed by their customer service, every single thing that they mentioned on their website on advert, you will expect exactly the same when your delivery will arrive. I paid approximate £40 extra to Wonda mobile for this phone compare to other Hong Kong sellers who were £40 cheaper, but they all had delivery issue and other issues after I checked their reviews on various websites. Facebook and other review sites are full of bad comments on those sellers. When I came across on Wonda Mobile website / facebook account, I found lot of 5 stars reviews and comments and customers were very happy especially with the delivery time within a week in this Covid-19 situation compare to others who are taking up to 90 days. Wonda also respond my emails during the Covid-19 closure period. In my opinion they are perfect but slightly over priced compare to other Hong Kong suppliers. To be honest there is not a single thing I found so far which is bad in the phone or delivery or their customer service.
As soon as I ordered, on 2nd day evening, they issued shipping note with Royal Mail tracking number. First international courier will bring your parcel to the UK, the Royal mail tracking website will display the following message for 4 days:
Tracking no XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
The item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your items to us. More information will be available when we receive it.
You will then get the status update saying, "We have received it and we are going to delivery on this date etc..."
Anyway, this was my experience and it was very pleasant. Hope this would help you guys to make decision for shopping at Wonda.
I bought from Wonda based on Trustpilot reviews so wanted to leave one based on my experience. Bought a OnePlus 8 12/256GB. Ordered on the Friday, phone had arrived by Tuesday! I payed for the smooth delivery option. Phone came in original box with all original accessories and Wonda also sent a UK adapter. Phone is in perfect condition. Saved £165 compared to buying on Amazon or direct from OnePlus. Phone is unlocked and works on my Three network. Always worth checking what 4G and 5G bands the phone supports and compare them to your network. kenstechtips website helped a lot with this.
I am so delighted with this company! I purchased a one plus 8. It arrived in about 8 days. Pretty amazing service! No UK chargers available so a China to UK adapter was provided which works fine. The phone works perfectly in english. £150 cheaper than any other UK retailer.
