Galaxy Note 10 Plus (Snapdragon) - Perfect Brand New Phone - 8 days delivery Hong Kong to UK
I recently bought Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (Snapdragon SM-N9750) from Wonda Mobile. The phone was brand new and sealed pack. The delivery was very quick (took total 8 days including 2 days of weekend). I am amazed by their customer service, every single thing that they mentioned on their website on advert, you will expect exactly the same when your delivery will arrive. I paid approximate £40 extra to Wonda mobile for this phone compare to other Hong Kong sellers who were £40 cheaper, but they all had delivery issue and other issues after I checked their reviews on various websites. Facebook and other review sites are full of bad comments on those sellers. When I came across on Wonda Mobile website / facebook account, I found lot of 5 stars reviews and comments and customers were very happy especially with the delivery time within a week in this Covid-19 situation compare to others who are taking up to 90 days. Wonda also respond my emails during the Covid-19 closure period. In my opinion they are perfect but slightly over priced compare to other Hong Kong suppliers. To be honest there is not a single thing I found so far which is bad in the phone or delivery or their customer service. As soon as I ordered, on 2nd day evening, they issued shipping note with Royal Mail tracking number. First international courier will bring your parcel to the UK, the Royal mail tracking website will display the following message for 4 days: Tracking no XXXXXXXXXXXXXX The item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your items to us. More information will be available when we receive it. You will then get the status update saying, "We have received it and we are going to delivery on this date etc..." Anyway, this was my experience and it was very pleasant. Hope this would help you guys to make decision for shopping at Wonda.
