Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

Samsung S20

As I live in the UK I was naturally hesitant to get a phone imported from Hong Kong, but I really wanted a Samsung S20 with a Snapdragon chip - the reviews of Exynos were so bad that it swayed my decision. I've had my phone for just over a month now and I'm very happy with it. Wonda mobile delivered the phone in 5 days (I went for extra fast delivery at a cost of £7) which seemed fast considering where it was coming from. The phone arrived in new condition and was factory sealed (some people reported theirs had been opened or that the box was damaged). The factory default language was Chinese so that took a few minutes to reconfigure but wasn't a problem. Fast charger and headphones were present also. The price of the phone came to £736, and that included import costs. This easily beat the UK high street price of £799 but what made it even better was that the phone had 12GB RAM instead of the similarly priced UK phone which only had 8GB. It also had 5G instead of just 4G. I was concerned that VOLTE wouldn't work but it works fine, at least it does on Vodafone - Wonda mobile try to cover themselves by saying it won't work, just in case your carrier doesn't support it. If you're in the UK, I would definitely recommend Wonda mobile as a way to get hold of a Samsung S20 with Snapdragon. I can't fault their service and it has opened my eyes to what else I might import in the future.

Was very dubious at first.

Was very dubious at first. Like all of you who have come to TrustPilot to check these guys out, I was really worried about using this website. I purchased a Samsung S20 Ultra 5g (wanted the US/SK model with 'Snapdragon' chipset. It came 5 (working) days later which is a disadvantage over other sites but I was happy to wait. Delivery was fast and they covered any import fees there may have been. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I've had my phone over a month now and had no problems.

11 Pro Max Dual Sim

I had my doubts initially before placing an order, however after several exchanges with them (and reading all the reviews), decided to bite the bullet and give it a go. I paid via Paypal anyway so there's buyer protection in case anything happened. Phone arrived 1 day after placing the order in perfect condition unopened and I didn't have to pay any customs fees as was promised. It was bubble wrapped and packed very well. Phone is legit and is eligible for AppleCare. Everything was as promised by Wondamobile. I will consider using their services again in future.

Be Warned

This company is happy to take your money 💰 immediately but when you pay for expedited shipping its stated that it may take longer than normal. Why offer extra shipping??? All of their items are used and the boxes look like it's been kicked and beat up but they will blame it on the long journey through shipping. This company sells used items as new but its apparent its not. If you need to return the item due to defects or defective be ready to ship it back at your expense and then they'll take an $30 administration fee too.

iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB Dual SIM Very satisfied from the site's service. Everything went as promised. Ordered on 21/07 and delivered on 28/07 in Cyprus. The company provides UPS tracking, as well as the device's IMEI, as soon as the order is verified. Correct Colour, Correct Model, Glass Protector ordered in a separate box and also provided a European Plug Adapter free of charge. Device working as intented with both SIM Cards, one Cypriot and one Greek. Will very probably use the site for a future purchase.

I live in the EU and after the Samsung Exynos debacle I decided to order the S20 Ultra SD version from this site. Delivery was very fast, even during these times. No extra fees needed to be paid. Would order from here again!
