Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia.
Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that.

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

I recently purchased the Oppo Find N5 from Wondamobile and couldn’t be happier with the overall shopping experience. The phone was shipped promptly and arrived within just four days. Unfortunately, upon unboxing, I noticed some damage to the screen. I reached out to Wondamobile right away, and they responded quickly and professionally providing a return shipping label immediately.
The damaged unit arrived back at their facility within three days, and they shipped a replacement the very same day. Just three days later, I received the new phone, and it’s absolutely perfect!

Ich möchte meine durchweg positiven Erfahrungen mit Wonda Mobile teilen, da ich weiß, dass einige in Deutschland vielleicht zögern, ein Handy direkt aus Hongkong zu bestellen. Ich habe mir das Oppo Find N5 in der Global Version bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ablauf.
Bestellung und Bezahlung:
Die Bestellung am Samstag verlief reibungslos. Ich habe mich für die Bezahlung per Banküberweisung (SEPA auf ein dänisches Konto) entschieden, was sehr unkompliziert war und sogar einen kleinen Rabatt ermöglichte. Wichtig ist, dass man ganz einfach Euro per SEPA-Überweisung an das angegebene dänische Konto sendet. Die Überweisung wurde am Montag abgebucht, war noch am selben Abend verbucht und bereits am Dienstag wurde das Handy versendet. Wichtig zu beachten ist, dass man nach der Bestellung innerhalb von 3 Tagen einen Überweisungsbeleg per E-Mail an den Kundenservice von Wonda Mobile senden sollte. Mein Tipp: Wenn ihr ebenfalls per Banküberweisung zahlen möchtet, empfiehlt es sich, eher montags zu bestellen, um die Wartezeit durch das Wochenende zu vermeiden.😅🙈
Versand und Zoll:
Der Versand von Hongkong nach Deutschland erfolgte erfreulicherweise sehr schnell. Wonda Mobile hat für Deutschland auf DHL Express umgestellt, wodurch der Zoll bereits im Vorfeld abgewickelt wird. Die Tracking-ID funktionierte zwar erst ab Mailand, aber das wurde im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert. Es war schon irgendwie aufregend, die einzelnen Lieferstationen mitzuverfolgen – Ankunft in Mailand, Abfahrt, Ankunft in Köln, Abfahrt etc. – es wurde nie großartig getrödelt, sondern das Paket wurde wirklich zügig transportiert. Insgesamt war die Lieferung sogar schneller als ursprünglich angekündigt. Mein Handy wurde heute früh (Freitag) zugestellt.🤩🥳
Verpackung:
Das Handy kam im Originalkarton, der in Folie gewickelt war. Die Ecken des Kartons hatten zwar etwas gelitten, aber das Handy im Inneren war bestens geschützt, was für mich das Wichtigste ist.
Produkt und Besonderheiten:
Ich habe mich bewusst für die Global Version des Oppo Find N5 entschieden, um die eSIM-Funktionalität und die Kompatibilität mit allen Smartwatches nutzen zu können. Wer darauf verzichten kann, könnte mit der chinesischen Version eventuell rund 400€ sparen, wobei auch dort natürlich Deutsch eingestellt werden kann.😜
Ein kleiner Tipp, bevor du loslegst mit dem Aufladen: Da das Handy mit einem Netzteil für UK-Steckdosen kommt, liegt ja dieser Adapter für unsere Euro-Steckdosen bei. Wenn du das UK-Netzteil in den Adapter stecken willst, wirst du vielleicht merken, dass es erstmal nicht so richtig passen will. Der Trick ist, dass du an diesem kleinen Kunststoffteil am UK-Stecker ein bisschen ziehen musst. Dann flutscht der Stecker auch in den Adapter. Ist vielleicht nicht ganz offensichtlich, aber so funktioniert's!
Erster Eindruck vom Handy:
Auch wenn dies primär eine Bewertung zu Wonda Mobile ist, möchte ich kurz erwähnen, dass das Oppo Find N5 Foldable ein Traum ist! Es ist unglaublich, dass es zusammengeklappt die Größe meines alten Handys hat und aufgeklappt so dünn ist, sich aber dennoch sehr robust und hochwertig anfühlt.
Fazit zu Wonda Mobile:
Meine Erfahrung mit Wonda Mobile war durchweg positiv. Der Bestellprozess war einfach, die Bezahlung unkompliziert, der Versand überraschend schnell und die Kommunikation transparent. Die Tatsache, dass der Zoll bereits im Vorfeld erledigt wurde, ist ein großer Vorteil. Ich kann Wonda Mobile daher absolut empfehlen, besonders wenn man ein bestimmtes Smartphone-Modell sucht, das in Deutschland vielleicht nicht oder nicht in der gewünschten Version erhältlich ist.
Ich hoffe, diese ausführliche Bewertung hilft anderen, die vielleicht unsicher sind, bei ihrer Entscheidung! Oder unsicher nach dem Kauf 😁

Everything went smooth and perfect! I bought Xiaomi 15 ultra by bank transfer to Iceland. The employee Kenneth helped me step by step through the process. I'd the promised 4.2% discount and the delivery arrived relatively fast and included fast charger+adapter for Europe! Wonda even send a bank transfer to me equal to the the custom fee I'd to pay before to collect the package! Simply amazing. I fully recommend this site to everyone!
