Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

waist of money not recommended at all

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

Wonda ist der beste Anbieter. Auf Wunsch wurde das x200 ultra original versiegelt verschickt und es wurde eingehalten. Versand ultraschnell innerhalb 4 Tagen Lieferung. Mehrfach bei wonda bestellt besser geht's nicht. Danke

I ordered Oppo find x8 Ultra and it came just in 6 days, crazy fast. I also saved almost 50€, from bank trans 44€, new user discount 5€. They also responded almost instatnly. Overall experience was excelent.

Habe das X8 Ultra bestellt, wollte es aber versiegelt haben. Ging ohne Probleme, habe dem Support geschrieben und zügig eine Antwort bekommen. Versand war trotz der Feiertage extrem schnell. Aus China über Milano bis Deutschland verging kein ganzer Tag. Unfassbar schnell. Handy war sicher verpackt und einen Adapter auf EU Steckdose gab es kostenlos dazu. KEINERLEI PROBLEME MIT ZOLL O.Ä.

Unprofessional

I purchased a vivo x200 pro and decided to return it a few days later as the screen resolution was too much for my eyes and causing headaches. I wanted to order another phone. All they did was hassle me and kept mentioning my headaches as if they didn't believe me. There was supposed to be a return for any reason policy. Apparently not. They gotta hassle you first. Unprofessional. I'll never order anything from this company ever again. I'll make sure I tell other people that as well. Thanks for treating your customer as nothing.
