Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

Best price, Fasst delivary, fast customer service i was on the fence very much about importing a phone from china but finally took the leap with wonda and im happy i chose them, the process was very fast and when i had any question the stuff was very fast to reply. and best of all, the price was the best, even better than giztop or tradingshenzhen! i will be sure to buy my next phone from them again

Brilliant experience.

I've used wonda twice and both times I've received my device within a week fully tracked via FedEx.My last purchase, a Vivo X100 ultra arrived within 4 days, I decided to install Google apps myself and EVERYTHING works including Android Auto. Highly recommended.

Speedy, safe delivery

Ordered the Oppo Find N5 a few days after launch. The first batch had sold out and they were taking orders that were due to dispatch 4-5 working days after I ordered, and I paid for the fast delivery (3-5 days) so I expected to get the phone after 7-10 working days. It arrived 3 working days after ordering (ordered Thursday, arrived Tuesday). To be fair, if they sent it at the quoted time, I'd still think their service was excellent, but I like that they were conservative in their estimates and set reasonable expectations that I had already agreed to happily, then beat them. They say on the site that they unseal the phones for activation before shipping so I knew the box wouldn't be sealed, but it was in immaculate condition and well wrapped. They met or exceeded expectations at every step. I'm delighted with the service I received, and will happily use them again next time I upgrade.

Great customer care service

I brought a phone from Wanda mobile, but sadly I had to return it, there was nothing wrong with the phone, I've brought from Wanda mobile before, the company is great fast delivery they say between 9 to 12 days but it was delivered in 8 days from when I ordered it, their customer care is great, they helped me out with my problem, I returned the phone and straight away I got a refund, I would use Wanda mobile again, I highly recommend Wanda mobile.
