Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

waist of money not recommended at all

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

I would like to thank the Wonda Mobile team for excellent service and support! A few months ago I ordered the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and my experience with Wonda was amazing. A week ago I ordered the Vivo x100 Pro. Dealing with Wonda again exceeded all my expectations. Thank you team Wonda Mobile for doing such a good job! I bought myself an Oppo find x6 pro from wonda Mobile and the experience was excellent! Amazing communication and I purchased the phone on Monday and received it in the UK on Wednesday evening! Amazing company and I'm super happy with my new Oppo 😁

Outstanding service!

Outstanding service by Wondamobile! I ordered my new Iqoo 12 Pro on a Tuesday and it was scheduled to be delivered to me in the United States by that same Thursday. FedEx had some logistics issues, but it still made it safely to me by Saturday. The packing was excellent, and the device arrived in perfect condition. Google Play was already installed and setup was a breeze! I can't say enough about the level of service, and quality of devices offered by Wondamobile. If you're thinking of getting a new phone, this is the place to purchase it from. I'll be back soon for another

I ordered an Xiaomi 13 Ultra with Chinese ROM and in 7 days (placed the order on a Monday evening and I received the package on Tuesday the following week) I received my order. No issues whatsoever. I'll definitely order again from Wonda.

Quality of service and value

I purchase one phone a year from them, the service and value is always top class. I wanted a product not listed a pair of headphones. Through email they sourced them for a very reasonable fee. It is worth asking them for unlisted items as they can source at a great price. The phone was sent and arrived in the UK in 2 days. DHL did a great job. I purchase an Iqoo 12 pro. The phone is excellent, I work in a place with poor mobile reception. This phone gives full coverage on mobile data all over most staff get none. To compare my old phone this ne get a solid 10mbps my old phone only 1mbps which is better than most get. If you live in a band 20 country and spend a lot of time or live in a poor reception area this is the phone for you. The Samsung E7 screen is brilliant and so is the battery life I am at 63% 18 hours after the first charge, my old phone would be at this level in 6 hours. If you are thinking of importing a phone the service level and help (let alone price) is second to none. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

It is the third device I am ordering from Wonda. All I can say is that they are awesome. Fast service and response to any questions. Smooth transaction and swift reception of the phone. The whole process took less than a week, in order to receive my device in Cyprus. I fully recommend them, to anyone that asks me, where I got my phone from.

I received an email the following morning confirming my order and received an email on 29/11/23 from DHL advising of delivery on 04/12/23. That's 5 working days from ordering to delivery. An absolute amazing service.
