Quality of service and value
I purchase one phone a year from them, the service and value is always top class. I wanted a product not listed a pair of headphones. Through email they sourced them for a very reasonable fee. It is worth asking them for unlisted items as they can source at a great price. The phone was sent and arrived in the UK in 2 days. DHL did a great job. I purchase an Iqoo 12 pro. The phone is excellent, I work in a place with poor mobile reception. This phone gives full coverage on mobile data all over most staff get none. To compare my old phone this ne get a solid 10mbps my old phone only 1mbps which is better than most get. If you live in a band 20 country and spend a lot of time or live in a poor reception area this is the phone for you. The Samsung E7 screen is brilliant and so is the battery life I am at 63% 18 hours after the first charge, my old phone would be at this level in 6 hours. If you are thinking of importing a phone the service level and help (let alone price) is second to none. I would thoroughly recommend using them.
