Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

This is a wonder website

This is a wonder website. Very good prices. Fast delivery. I bought a Xiaomi 14 at 23 november. I received at 27 november. Original phone. Box complete : Device, Charger, Cable, Screen protector (Pre installed), Case and Sim card eject tool. Google play installed. Service five stars. Chinese version but perfectly usable for the europe. The phone is in english. French possible as soon update general will be available, at first 2024. Thanks Wonda Mobile ! C'est vraiment un site merveilleux. Les prix sont très compétitifs et la livraison est très rapide. Livraison en cinq jours. Aucun frais de douane à payer. Servie client réactif et à l'écoute. Le téléphone est une pure merveille. Xiaomi a fait fort, très fort, pour son modèle 14. Il est beau, rapide, appareil photo de folie, intelligence artificielle, commande des appareils infrarouge disponibles... La liste est encore longue. Vivement la mise à jour en début d'année pour en profiter au max. Après plus de 10 ans passés avec la "pomme", je ne regrette pas mon changement. Merci Wonda Mobile !

Great service and great prices

I ordered a Xiaomi 14 pro phone on the 22nd of November and got it delivered on the 27th of November to the Netherlands (Europe) against a great price. You don't have to pay extra import duties, those were included. Only the ROM is Chinese, but I knew already upfront that I have to install another one. Good packaged with double large bubble plastic on the top and bottom. If you pay by bank transfer (to Danmark), you get another 3.8% discount. After paying, you send the proof to them and they will ship the phone. (in 5 days!). Their helpdesk reacts very quickly by email. Phone contact to the UK number didn't work.

their customer service is awesome

their customer service is awesome. i ordered a mix fold 3. they are sending it to me express at no cost to me. everytime i email them with questions about the device, they always answer fast. They are even removing the chinese bloatware and installing google play store for me so i can us my apps. They are shipping it Monday and ssid i should get it Next Wednesday. fingers crossed. it's being shipped from hong kong to me in Seattle.

Good customer service and fast shipping

I was in Japan for a holiday the website responded to email queries very fast originally bought a honor magic v2, and changed my mind the next day a Saturday they changed it to a xiaomi Mix fold 3 I was concerned about Google apps being a problem for me. They made the switch on a Saturday real quick refunded the difference shipped on Monday late morning arrived on Wednesday at 8am with DHL, the phone had been oneped for activation and was debloated of all the pre installed junk. I'm pretty happy in contrast with my last Chinese phone order experience from giztop where despite paying for DHL express shipping I waited 2 weeks.

Fantastic customer service

Recently purchased an Honor Magic V2. Even though I had researched setting up GSpace on this phone, I ran into some snags. Reached out to Wondamobile and they provided me with the help I needed to solve my problem. Also gave me a link which enable to move my other apps to the new Honor phone effortlessly. Ordered on a Monday and phone arrived on Wed. Delivery from Hong Kong was faster than delivery within the USA. Use this site for your mobile phones.
