Worst experience .They haven't deliver on scheduled date and time and the call response to the complaint raised also poor. Never order in this.

Worst website to order... fraudsters..they claim they tried to deliver, and incase if the recipient does not pick up the call..they won't bother to call the sender to Inform and cancel the order. Our money is gone. Fraudsters.

After selecting a Chargeable Express Delivery they deliver the order in 5 hours and a half order was delivered. worst services. Never recommend this Winni to any one

Very bad delivery timing, no proper communication....

I ordered a personalized item for new year. It has not reached bt estimated divery date. There was no tracking ID by late date too. When called the customer guy hung the phone just like that , where as I am calling from outside India. Pathetic service , pathetic customer care. I learned my lesson. I ll spread the message to my near and dear one to stay away from such an unprofessional company.

Absolutely pathetic customer service,ordered items not delivered in the first place and have to call customer service multiple times and their answer is we are following up and call us back for an update, I would have rated negative stars if there is an option for it,completely ruined my new year plans.

Pathetic cake service delivered by Winni. I had ordered a cricket fondant cake which looked very very bad, the kid was so disappointed on his birthday. The cake weighed less than ordered. It wasn’t 2 kgs cake. Really very very very disappointed with the services.

Cake was delivered on time. No prob in that. But the personal message which was given was not delivered. Also after chatting with the customer agent I provided another personal message which was delivered in half. Winni values the cake and not the personal message. Also when you chat with the agent, they just cutoff rudely since I was questioning for 1 hr.

I placed a total of 7 orders with your company for Diwali season. In most cases: 1) the note/greeting that was delivered was the wrong one 2) the delivery was delayed 3) the delivery agent had to phone the recipient for his/her name and address (despite being already provided this information on the request) 4) the delivery agent lied about delivering the product at the stated time & date - which is intolerable 5) the delivery agent then went back and delivered the product Kate the following day or two days later 6) the customer services agent on the telephone was rude, unprofessional, not interested in his job or the work or the reason why I had phoned, and the agent did not help me 7) the supposed “real time” tracking service bore no relationship to where the product for delivery was. I SHALL NEVER EVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!

They fool by the beautiful pics but the actual product is not even worthy of half price we pay.

They are nuts.. they ruined my dad birthday cake and they sent out wrong flowers. I called them up and they still did not process refund. Suck a crooks and should be shamed for… horrible…

Very disappointing to see what you commit and what you deliver. It was a very special occasion for which i booked the bouquet.You spoiled my image in front of so many people. Really disappointing.I would never recommend it to anyone. companies like this are finishing faith on online transactions. Extremly disappointed

I ordered a Ferrero Rocher cake for my brothers birthday from Dubai. The photo in the website was so appealing and I paid Rs 3800. The cake delivered was looking so pathetic infact it was even worse than a local bakery cake. I was having so much excitement before delivery and became so sad after seeing the cake. This is the second time I am facing this experience and I will make sure I will never order from this company who cheats people and ruins their special occasions. I would like to inform whoever is reading that this company is a total spam and please make sure nobody to take a risk and have a bad experience on your special occasions.

These bulgars, online cheaters spoiling our important day to a miserable disappointing day by not delivering the midnight surprises to our loved ones. No deliveries happened. Cheaters cheaters... pls pls pls don't go for Winni for giving surprise parties to your loved ones Cheaters... bustards.

Terrible service. I will make sure no one from my friends and family will use this service in future . Customer service is horrible and if they don’t like the query will put you on hold or hang up without answering anything. We use this service for special occasions and they play with our sentiments.

Yesterday I ordered a marble crunch cake and chocolate bouquet for my brother’s birthday which was going to delivered today. I am disappointed with the cake which i delivered ,they send me the cake which seems like they purchased from a local shop because the packaging of the cake was not from winni even the cake was also not from winni. When i went to the near by winni office the claimed that we didn’t dispatch any ordered from here and even we don’t send the cake like this. Now I don’t understand what to do! I ordered this from their website and they are saying that i been scammed by someone. Please help me i need my refund and even request you to don’t buy anything from winni.
