Mango cake design very poor

I ordered a mango cake. The picture on their site appeared appealing. The cake delivered is Completely different design to the one on their site, very rushed and poor job on the design. Upon complaining and sending them clear photos of the cake they sent versus what they advertise on their site i was told i did not complain on time within 6-7 hours as per policy. Avoid this company that does not understand their customer needs and poor quality control
